SHIPPING
I ship within the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Orders within the US are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days. International orders may take 1 - 2 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. I do not have control over actual shipping times, thank you in advance for your patience! If you have ordered multiple products, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

While we do not offer returns, if your product arrives damaged please send photos to aloha@loindaflow.com and we will get you a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
